Many of the checks are duplicated, so an MOT just before the service saves time and money. There’s even an argument to have the MOT early to co-ordinate them for the future – the DVSA approved fee is £54.85 but a MotorEasy MOT is generally £30, so having it six-months early might cost an extra £15 but it will save a lot more in the long run.
